Founder and CEO

Mario has a long term experience in innovative financing for education. He pioneered the use of Income Sharing Agreements (ISA) in Asia since 2013 creating the first ISA fund in the region. He is the co-founder of the Global ISA Alliance, aiming to build a global industry for Ethical ISA. He is also the co-founder of Wedu, one of the best leadership development platforms for women in Asia. He is a former Senior Advisor for Energy Investments for Greenpeace, a former Senior Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory as well as an Acumen Global Fellow. He is a Stanford GSB SEP alumnus, holds a Master in Economics and Management from the University La Sapienza and a MSc in Development Management, from the LSE. Mario has studied and worked in Italy, Finland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Haiti, India, United States, Cambodia, Thailand, Japan and Singapore.
