Ashma brings over three years of experience in strategically planning, executing, and assessing programmes aimed at the development and empowerment of young individuals. Currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in social work in Nepal, she is deeply passionate about Income Sharing Agreement (ISAs), a financial support model, drawing from her own experiences as an ISA recipient. Identifying as a feminist, she is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive society, one that values the leadership potential of every young person across all levels of decision-making.

As Operations Officer of Waiser, Ashma leads the operational aspects of Pay It Forward programme and provides vital support to students, enabling them to pursue their educational aspirations on their own terms through ISAs. She believes ‘can’t’ becomes ‘can’ and ‘dreams’ become ‘plans’.
