Ram has over 2 decades of work experience across the for-profit and development sectors. He has worked in India & Africa and has managed scaling organizations across sectors. After leading operations for organizations like Pratham, Bridge Schools and the Syngenta Foundation, his last role was that of CEO, Generation Programme Kenya (a McKinsey incubated initiative). His key skills include strategic leadership, operations management, donor and public sector partnerships management, building teams in addition to fund-raising. He is also an accredited executive coach with a passion for education, youth and sustainability.
